Investment Administrator
We currently have a 9-month fixed term contract position available within our Investment Management Department for an Investment Administrator.
The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the ongoing administration of externally managed customer portfolios.
Reporting to the 3rd Party Team Manager, the key responsibilities of the role are:
- Reconciliation of asset positions, cash accounts and internal control accounts in accordance with the control timetable.
- Production of month end packs for sign off in accordance with month end accounting deadlines.
- Identification and investigation of outstanding items.
- Download of daily reports and files from 3rd parties.
- Supporting other team members.
To ensure this role is carried out to the desired level, the successful candidate will need the following skills and experience:
- Strong accuracy, particularly when inputting data.
- A strong working knowledge Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
- Be educated to A-Level standard, Math’s advantageous.
- Ability to organise and work to strict deadlines.
- Have a flexible & adaptable attitude.
- Team Player.
- Strong accuracy, particularly when inputting data.
