Executive Team

Helen brings extensive senior leadership experience, having served as Chief People Officer at IWP UK, UK People Director at Lowell, and Group HR Director at Cognita Schools and International Personal Finance.
She previously held senior roles at National Express andGNER, having started her career at British Airways.

Vicky joined IFGL in 2010 to head up the Investment Team and subsequently moved to Customer Services. Her primary role is to focus on delivering exceptional service to our Customers whilst ensuring that regulatory changes are implemented. Vicky has over 30 years’ experience working in the finance industry holding previous roles at HSBC, Coutts and Royal Bank of Canada.

Alistair Brogden joined the Royal London Group in 1991 after graduating from Durham University with a BA (Hons) degree in Mathematics and Economics. He joined in 2008 and became Appointed Actuary in 2009. Alistair is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.

Neil has worked at IFGL since 2008 and prior to becoming Chief Sales Officer in 2025 was the Head of Technical Services. Neil has extensive industry experience, having also been the Chair of the Isle of Man Insurance Association for 4 years and a Director of the Isle of Man branch of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). He is also a Director of IFGL Global Trusts.

Charlotte joined IFGL in early 2025. Charlotte is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in the financial services sector from her time at Deloitte and in industry. Charlotte is responsible for setting IFGL’s compliance and conduct strategy, protecting the business and embracing and implementing regulatory change.

Jenny is an FCA Chartered Accountant with over 22 years’ experience in accounting, audit and advisory roles in the international financial services sector. Jenny joined IFGL in 2021 and was Head of Group Internal Audit prior to her appointment as Chief Risk Officer, where she has responsibility for the risk, legal and compliance functions across all IFGL Companies.

Asad is an experienced actuary with more than 25 years in the life insurance sector, having worked across Asia, the UK, and the Middle East. His career spans positions with leading financial services organisations, including Lloyds Banking Group, Legal & General, and Phoenix Group, before joining Friends Provident International (then Friends Life Group) in 2013. Following his move to Dubai in 2017, he was appointed Chief Actuary & Appointed Actuary of FPIL in 2019. In early 2026, he took on an additional leadership role as the CEO of FPIL's UAE Branch.

Kelvin has 25 years’ actuarial experience within onshore and offshore life companies. He began his career with Guardian Financial Services in 1998, based in Lytham St Anne’s. He moved to Royal Liver Assurance in 2005 where he held the role of Actuarial Governance and Risk Manager ahead of moving to the Isle of Man. Since joining IFGL in 2010, Kelvin has held the roles of Head of Actuarial and Chief Actuary prior to his appointment to the Executive team as the Group Actuary and Appointed Actuary.

Greg joined IFGL as Chief Technology Officer in January 2023. He has 30 years IT experience within financial services at Sainsbury’s Bank and Standard Life. Greg is responsible for group technology.

Steve has over 25 years' experience within Financial Services spanning across both Retail and Private Banking, Wealth Management and the Life Insurance sectors. He has held a variety of senior executive level positions with responsibilities ranging from product management through to IT and operations, and managing large teams across different countries across the globe.

Dara has been CEO of Octium Group since 2017. Prior to that he was Global Head of Life Insurance for UBS, in addition to CEO of UBS International Life and the UBS Country Head for Ireland overseeing Investment Banking, Asset Management and Wealth Management. He has extensive experience in Insurance having worked for over 25 years in Ireland, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and The Cayman Islands.
