Senior Customer Services Administrator - Call Centre


Location: Castletown, Isle of Man
Department: Customer Services - Contact Centre

A permanent position has arisen for a motivated customer-focused Call Centre Representative to join our Contact Centre team based in our Castletown office. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls and e-mails, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The main responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Providing accurate information to customers and resolving any issues they may have.
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.

 

To ensure that this role is carried out to the desired level, the successful candidate should have the following skills and experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Life Assurance, ideally within a Call Centre environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.
  • Good Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to be able to deal with people at all levels.
