Business Analyst
We’re looking for a new Business Analyst within our Change Department.
The successful candidate will play an important part in delivering business improvements and efficiencies for the company.
The main responsibilities for the role holder will include:
- Business case definition
- Business requirements and user story elicitation and documentation
- Documentation of as-is and to-be process flows
- Data analysis
- Gap analyses
- Business analysis support for software development, testing, data migration and upgrades
- Collaboration with project managers, IT teams, 3rd parties
To ensure that this role is carried out to the desired level, the successful candidate will need the following skills and experience:
- Varied experience in the life assurance industry – minimum 4 years.
- Proven experience of delivering business improvements and efficiencies.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills – problem solving, value identification, critical thinking and decision support.
- Ability to build and maintain business relationships at all levels within the company.
- Good facilitation, presentation, and report writing skills.
- Hold or studying towards a related professional qualification eg. BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis.
- Experience with Excel, SQL, DevOps, Visio, API integrations
